Pharmacy services: A dedicated dermatological pharmacy is conveniently located within the dermatology center.
Janice Lazar, PharmD, has a long-standing interest and expertise in dermatological therapy, including compounding of medications to meet the unique patient requirements. Physicians may contact Dr. Lazar at (312) 996-8675 for consultations and compounding needs. The pharmacy also offers a mail-order service for patients.
