Dr. Jessica Shepherd is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology and also serves as the Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecology. Following OBGYN residency, she completed subspecialty training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Shepherd is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is also an active member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) and serves on the AAGL Minimally Invasive Research Consortium.
Dr. Shepherd specializes in endometriosis, fibroids and is an expert in minimally invasive surgical approaches to these diseases.
Dr. Shepherd is actively involved in resident education and leads the laparoscopic simulation program.
