How to Apply to Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship Program
Eligibility Criteria Heading link
Thank you for your interest in the University of Illinois, Arrhythmia/Electrophysiology Fellowship Program. Eligibility criteria for application to the program include the following:
- MD or DO
- Completed cardiology fellowship (required for any subspeciality program)
- US Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or J1 Visa Status
- Completed 6 years of US postgraduate residency training in an ACGME accredited program by the time of entry into the fellowship program.
2024 Fellowship Application Timeline Heading link
- July, 2024 – Fellowship Programs begin reviewing ERAS applications
- August/September 2024 – Invitations will be sent out through ERAS
- Late September/October 2024 – Virtual interviews will take place (interviews may change to in-person)
- November 20, 2024 – Rank Order List Due
- December 4, 2024 – Match Day
