DNA repair gene DDB2 to investigate its role in the termination of DNA damage response and sensitizing tumor cells to chemotherapy. Another major focus is the transcription factor FoxM1, which is over-expressed in all epithelial tumors. FoxM1’s role in tumor metastasis is being investigated. |
