Outpatient Services &General Rehabilitation clinics
We offer outpatient General Rehabilitation services covering a wide variety of Illness and diseases like stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, neuromuscular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, non surgical pain management, spasticity management, disability evaluation, amputee rehab, evaluation for assistive devices, wheel chairs, cardiac, pulmonary rehab and lymphedema management.
Location: 4 E 1801 West Taylor Street, University of Illinois Outpatient center
Timing: Every Wednesday afternoon from 1-pm to 4 pm

Outpatient Rehab services
Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy for patients who have left the hospital or who live in the community and have therapy needs. Our therapist have advanced competency in orthopedic and neurologic treatment, hand therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, speech and swallowing services, outpatient cognitive rehabilitation, Functional capacity evaluation and work hardening program services.
Outpatient services are provided at the Op clinics on 1801 W. Taylor Street in clinic 2C.
