UIC faculty members who have a cancer research interest and a shared commitment to collaborate with others to further the scientific goals of the Cancer Center can be Full Members or Associate Members.
Full members are principle investigators, co-investigators, or program project leaders who:
a) Have funded peer-reviewed cancer-focused grants and actively participate in cancer center research programs; and/or
b) are principle investigators of cancer clinical protocols and actively participate in cancer clinical research through protocol development or implementation.
Associate members actively participate in cancer center research programs, clinical trials, committeess, research seminars, or community outreach programs but do not have peer-reviewed cancer-focused grants or serve as principle investigators of cancer clinical protocols.
